Clark Hill Extends Chicago Capabilities Through Local Merger (1)

Clark Hill is combining with Chicago-based Funkhouser Vegosen Liebman & Dunn Ltd., the firm said Thursday.

FVLD is a full-service firm of 16 lawyers that was established in 1981, and all practicing founding members are joining Clark Hill, said Vance Liebman, who’s been practicing at FVLD for over 40 years.

The merger will make both firms more competitive in an increasingly tough market, they said, boosting the Clark Hill’s real estate and merger & acquisition practices in particular.
