Lighthouse Resources Inc. won bankruptcy court approval to wind down its operating assets and establish a trust to fulfill removal and environmental cleanup obligations.
The Salt Lake City-based coal miner’s Chapter 11 plan, approved by Judge John T. Dorsey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware Wednesday, comes after it resolved all objections raised by creditors and government regulators.
