Lighthouse Resources Given Green Light for Bankruptcy Plan Vote

Lighthouse Resources Inc. received court approval to solicit creditor votes on its bankruptcy plan, which would establish a trust to satisfy certain reclamation and environmental obligations.

Judge John T. Dorsey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the coal mining company’s disclosure materials that outline the contours of its plan at a hearing Friday.
