Gymnasts Blast U.S. Olympic Committee for Avoiding Subpoenas

Simone Biles, Alexandra Raisman, and other famous female Olympic gymnasts are calling out the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee for trying to limit a probe of sexual abuse claims in USA Gymnastics’ bankruptcy case.

The gymnasts, who are pursuing claims arising from sexual abuse committed by former USAG team doctor Larry Nassar, filed papers Sunday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana objecting to the USOPC’s June 10 request to limit its duty to respond to eight Nassar-related subpoenas.
