Wells Fargo Shakes Claim It Fired Workers Who Backed Union (1)

Wells Fargo & Co. escaped an unfair labor practice claim from a team of nonbranch-based employees who said the bank fired several members of their proposed bargaining unit ahead of their successful vote to unionize.

The National Labor Relations Board dismissed a case brought by members of Wells Fargo’s conduct management intake department who claimed several employees were fired ahead of a successful unionization vote certified in December 2024, according to an update on the agency’s docket.
