Rival companies that run platforms for buying vacation rental furnishings have jointly agreed to end an antitrust lawsuit.
Plaintiff Minoan Experience Inc. voluntarily dismissed its suit against HostGPO Solutions Inc. with prejudice, according to a Monday filing in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey. The stipulation of dismissal follows an undisclosed settlement agreement between the two parties.
Attorneys for the parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Minoan filed the lawsuit last year alleging that HostGPO forced suppliers into illegal exclusive contracts. Minoan also accused HostGPO of cybersquatting on its domain name.
