J&J Unit Will Have April 2025 Trial in Cardiac Catheter Suit (1)

Johnson & Johnson unit Biosense Webster Inc. will face a trial in April 2025 over claims it monopolizes the nationwide market for heart-mapping catheters.

Judge James V. Selna of the US District Court for the Central District of California set the trial to begin April 29, 2025, according to a filing Wednesday.

Biosense faces antitrust claims before a jury after the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled in January that Selna was wrong to grant summary judgment to Biosense.
