Firms Targeting Drug Pricing Victims Barred from Deal Meddling

A federal judge ordered several claims recovery firms to stop interfering with the distribution of millions of dollars of settlement money set aside for plaintiffs in the massive generic drug price-fixing litigation.

Judge Cynthia M. Rufe of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in a Wednesday order granted end-payor plaintiffs their motion for relief against the recovery firms for false and misleading communications to class members.
