Claim Recovery Firms Accused of Targeting Drug Pricing Plaintiffs

An attorney for plaintiffs in massive generic drug price-fixing litigation urged a judge to demand corrections from firms that are allegedly trying to lure plaintiffs into contracts to recover money from settlements in exchange for a share of the payments.

The motion on behalf of the end-payer plaintiffs filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania accuses a slew of claims recovery firms of false and misleading communication to class members.
