Faire Wholesale Inc. got dismissal of an amended complaint brought by a rival that accused the retailer of monopolizing the market for online wholesale platforms in the US.
Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in a Tuesday order granted Faire’s motion to toss the suit by plaintiff Tundra, an online marketplace that went out of business.
