More than 1,000 former employees of Jiffy Lube International Inc. secured final approval of a $2 million class settlement in a yearslong no-poach suit.
Judge Anita Brody of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday granted the worker plaintiffs their motion for class certification and final approval of an all-cash settlement that will be dispersed to approximately 1,255 class members, after accounting for attorneys’ and other fees.
