Jiffy Lube No-Poach Case Continues After $2 Million Settlement

A former Jiffy Lube employee won the right to lead a lawsuit over the car maintenance company’s “no-poach agreements,” after a judge said the previous lead plaintiff’s $2 million class action settlement didn’t cover some other employees.

Judge Anita Brody of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s order granting former Jiffy Lube employee Oscar Jimenez’s motion to intervene likely means the legal battle continues for the Houston-based company.
