A Los Angeles medical practice dropped its proposed monopolization class action over GAINSWave, a shockwave-based erectile dysfunction treatment, days after disclosing a tentative settlement with Sexual MD Solutions LLC.
Judge Stephen V. Wilson agreed Wednesday to dismiss the lawsuit by Novus Anti-Aging Center Inc., which alleged a wide-ranging scheme to corner the treatment market. The terms of the agreement—which the two sides hinted at in a June 5 filing and confirmed June 8—weren’t made public.
