Enbridge Seeks Dismissal of Crude Oil Project Conspiracy Lawsuit

Enbridge Inc. urged a federal court to dismiss an Illinois energy firm’s lawsuit claiming it conspired to prevent competition from entering the crude oil transportation market.

“Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint comes nowhere close to alleging a viable antitrust claim,” Enbridge told the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday.
