Bloomberg retracted a story published today saying that Carlos Kepke was set to go on trial in San Francisco Monday, Nov. 28 for allegedly helping private equity billionaire Robert F. Smith evade taxes. Kepke passed away and the case is set to be dismissed without trial. Bloomberg regrets the error.
