CorePoint Lodging, now Cavalier Mergersub, has reached a settlement with a sex trafficking victim over whether its hotels were partly liable for her abuse.
The plaintiff had alleged in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida that she was a subject of continuous sex trafficking hosted out of the La Quinta by Wyndham Tampa Bay Airport hotel.
