Syracuse Seeks to End Suit Over Student Athlete Assault Claims

Syracuse University asked a federal trial court to dismiss a sex discrimination lawsuit by a student who alleges the school failed to take action against a star lacrosse player she accuses of stalking and assaulting her, despite knowing of his violent behavior.
