A man on supervised release in a case involving steroid distribution was properly sent to prison for violating the terms of his sentence when he was accused—but acquitted—of assaulting a probation officer, the First Circuit said Tuesday.
Daniel Frederickson was required to submit to drug testing as part of his supervised release on a 2017 drug conspiracy conviction.
