Starbucks Alleges Labor Board, Abruzzo Violated Constitution (1)

Starbucks Corp. accused the National Labor Relations Board, its top lawyer, and a regional agency official of unconstitutionally abusing prosecutorial power to usurp a federal court’s authority over an injunction proceeding.

Starbucks lodged its allegations against the NLRB, General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo, and Buffalo Regional Director Linda Leslie in a bid to nullify a recent administrative law judge’s order calling on the company to revoke subpoenas in the injunction case.
