A New Jersey chief executive officer has been charged with three counts of wire fraud and one count of making false statements in connection to a $35 million fraud scheme, according to the Justice Department on Thursday.
Tamer Zakhary, owner of a security camera and equipment company, sold millions of dollars worth of surveillance cameras and equipment to New Jersey public safety and law enforcement agencies, DOJ said.
