Republican Comer Urges Trump Administration to Prosecute Cuomo

The Republican chairman of a top House investigative committee urged the Trump administration on Monday to consider initiating a criminal case against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, now a frontrunner in the New York mayoral election.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer accused Cuomo, a Democrat, of lying to Congress about his involvement in a state report that undercounted coronavirus-related nursing home deaths.
