Covid Test DMV, doing business as Rapid Health, a pharmacy located in Los Angeles, agreed to pay $8.2 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by knowingly submitting or causing the submission of false claims to Medicare for over-the-counter Covid-19 tests that were not provided to Medicare beneficiaries, the Justice Department announced Friday.
