ProPublica Wins Filing Access in SpaceX Chinese Investor Suit

SpaceX can’t shield various court filings from ProPublica or the public since they either lack the criteria needed to be considered confidential or became subject to Delaware’s right of access rules, a chancellor ruled Monday.

SpaceX must produce portions of lodged deposition transcripts—featuring chief financial officer Bret Johnsen and a major investor Iqbaljit Kahlon—video clips, and certain unredacted exhibits shown at trial, Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster said.
