Cameron Edward Hess was sentenced to nine months in prison and 36 months of supervised release for his actions during the Jan. 6 breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department said Monday.
Hess pleaded guilty Oct. 6 to one count of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, according to the DOJ.
He was sentenced by US District Judge Royce C. Lamberth, the DOJ said.
