An Oregon man has been arrested on charges related to his conduct during the breach of the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, according to the Justice Department Friday.
David Medina is charged with a felony offense of obstruction of an official proceeding, said the DOJ.
Medina is also charged with multiple misdemeanor offenses, including destruction of government property; disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.
He made his initial appearance in the US District Court for the District of Oregon, said the agency.
