A Cincinnati man pleaded guilty June 6 to selling more than $1 million of counterfeit TurboTax and Quicken software through the eBay internet auction site, the Justice Department announced (United States v. Davis).
Brandon C. Davis pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio to one count of mail fraud, one count of copyright infringement, and two counts of filing a false income tax return.
