Christopher Douglas Finney has been arrested for felony and misdemeanor charges connected to his alleged participation in the Jan. 6 breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department said Thursday.
Finney faces a criminal complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia charging him with the felony offenses of obstruction of an official proceeding and civil disorder, according to the DOJ.
