Eduardo “Eddie” Lopez was convicted for participating in a three-year conspiracy to fix the wages for home health-care nurses in Las Vegas and for fraudulently failing to disclose the criminal antitrust investigation during the sale of his home health-care staffing company, the Justice Department announced Monday.
According to the DOJ, Lopez conspired to artificially cap the wages of hundreds of Las Vegas registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who provide care to patients in their homes between 2016 and 2019.
