Missouri Man Convicted of January 6 Capitol Breach Crimes

A Missouri man has been found guilty of felony and misdemeanor offenses related to his conduct during the breach of the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, according to the Justice Department Wednesday.

John George Todd III was convicted of obstruction of an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers—both felony offenses.

Todd was also convicted of misdemeanor charges, including entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, said the DOJ. ...
