Members of Russian Network Arraigned; BIS Says Case Highlights Benefits of Reform

Members of a Russian military procurement network were arraigned Oct. 4 in Houston, where the government sought their removal to Brooklyn, N.Y., in an export control enforcement action that the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) said highlights the benefits of the administration’s ongoing reform initiative (United States v. Alexander Fishenko, et. al.).
