Former Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby is waiting for the jury to start deliberations Thursday morning on two counts of perjury, following closing arguments Wednesday.
The trial, in the US District Court for the District of Maryland’s Southern Division, was originally expected to last three weeks. Instead it lasted three days.
Mosby is charged with two counts of perjury for allegedly making false representations about her eligibility for early withdrawals from her City of Baltimore IRC 457(b) deferred compensation plan in 2020.
