Kentucky Man Admits to Assaulting Officers During Jan. 6 Breach

Luke Hoffman has pleaded guilty to charges related to his conduct during the Jan. 6 breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department said Thursday.

Hoffman admitted to two felony charges of assaulting law enforcement before US District Judge Randolph D. Moss in the District of Columbia, according to the DOJ.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 13, the DOJ said. He was arrested by the FBI on July 12, 2023 in Kentucky.
