Kansas Proud Boy Sentenced to Prison for Jan. 6 Participation

Christopher Kuehne was sentenced to prison for obstructing law enforcement during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department said Feb. 23.

Kuehne, an associate of the Kansas City-area chapter of the Proud Boys, was sentenced to 75 days in prison and 24 months of supervised release by Judge Timothy J. Kelly, according to the DOJ.

He pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, the DOJ said. His sentence includes 60 days of home detention.
