Justice Department Releasing New Tranche of Epstein Files (2)

The Justice Department is releasing millions more pages of documents in connection with the late, disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein in the government’s latest move to comply with a new law ordering the files be made public.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the latest trove of documents is being released Friday. It’s in response to legislation passed by Congress in November.

“Today’s release marks the end of a very comprehensive document identification review process to ensure transparency to the American people and compliance with the act,” Blanche said during a press conference.
