The judge overseeing a case by a woman who claims she was victimized by Jeffrey Epstein and then defamed by his friend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, postponed a court conference that had been scheduled for Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska in Manhattan was set to meet with lawyers in a case filed by Virginia Giuffre, a Floridian who claimed Epstein sexually abused her for two years starting in 2000, when she was 16, and that Maxwell participated.
