Illinois Man Admits to Assaulting Law Enforcement in Jan. 6 Riot

Quinn Keen has pleaded guilty in Washington, D.C., to the felony offense of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers during the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the US Capitol, the Justice Department said Tuesday.

Judge Timothy J. Kelly of the US District Court for the District of Columbia scheduled Keen to be sentenced June 27, according to the DOJ.

He was arrested by the FBI on April 6, 2023, in Chicago, the DOJ said.
