Google, eBay, More Rally Behind Foreign Student Training Program

A group of U.S. businesses and associations wants a federal judge in Washington to keep in place a training program for foreign nationals with STEM degrees from U.S. colleges and universities.

Amazon.com Inc., Dell Technologies, eBay, Facebook, Google LLC, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Tesla Inc. are among the 52 companies and 11 associations—which represent another 500 businesses—that filed a brief Nov. 25 in a long-running challenge to the optional practical training program.
