Global Criminal Loses Challenge to Sentencing by Videoconference

The claim by the head of a global criminal empire that his 25-year sentence was invalid because the judge didn’t state on the record how the videoconference at which it was handed down advanced the ends of justice was rejected by the Second Circuit.
