Georgia Real Estate Attorney Sentenced for Embezzling $3 Million

Matthew Allen Dickason has been sentenced to federal prison for embezzling more than $3 million from his clients, the Justice Department said Tuesday.

The disbarred Georgia real estate attorney was sentenced to 27 months of imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of more than $3 million, according to the DOJ.
