Two Georgia brothers have been arrested for their actions during the breach of the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, according to the Justice Department Tuesday.
Cepane Sarty and Seth Sarty are charged with the felony offense of assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers.
The Sarty siblings have also been charged with misdemeanor offenses of engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, said the DOJ.
