Alexander Charles Beckman, the founder and former chief executive officer of GameOn, and Valerie Lau Beckman, his wife and an attorney for the company, were indicted on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud, securities fraud, identity theft, and other offenses, the Justice Department announced Thursday.
