Former ‘Arsenio Hall Show’ Music Director Guilty in Charity Fraud

A former musical director for “The Arsenio Hall Show” and the United Nations pleaded guilty to embezzling $750,000 from a charity concert benefiting homeless children.

Robin DiMaggio, a professional drummer who was arrested in December 2018, copped to one count of wire fraud for the embezzlement scheme. He used the funds to pay alimony and to buy cars for his family members, according to the prosecution.

DiMaggio pleaded guilty before Judge Dolly M. Gee of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
