Female Juvenile Inmate May Sue Male Guard Who Watched Her Shower

A female ward at a California juvenile detention center may sue a male guard who allegedly watched her shower while she was in custody at the facility, the Ninth Circuit said Friday.

Samantha Vazquez alleges corrections officer George Anderson made sexual comments to her, groomed her for sex by selecting her for work details, and looked at her inappropriately while she was showering.
