Ex-Sky Capital Executive Gets 30 Months in $140 Million Scam

The former chief operating officer of Sky Capital LLC, the brokerage firm raided eight years ago by federal agents probing a $140 million securities-fraud scheme, was sentenced Nov. 13 to 30 months in prison (United States v. Mandell).
