Ex-Kit Digital CEO Tuzman Pleads Not Guilty to Conspiracy

The former chief executive of Kit Digital Inc. pleaded not guilty to conspiring to defraud shareholders (United States v. Tuzman, S.D.N.Y., 15-cr-00536, plea entered 7/15/16).

Kaleil Isaza Tuzman appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York July 15, following his extradition from Colombia where he spent 10 months in jail, including time in one of the country’s most notorious prisons. He was granted bail of $5 million and has his travel restricted even as prosecutors claimed he had threatened witnesses.
