Ex-Goldman Banker to Get Insider-Trading Sentence by Video

Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. investment banker Bryan Cohen’s “agonizing” wait to be sentenced for insider trading can end with a video hearing early next month, a federal judge ruled.

Bryan Cohen will be sentenced on June 4 via video conference on charges that he passed tips about pending M&A deals, including a possible takeover bid for Buffalo Wild Wings Inc., to a Swiss trader in exchange for cash.
