Ex-Con Must Stop Frivolous Suits Over Fraud, Contempt Charges

A federal court in Manhattan said it has had enough of years-long abuse of the judicial system by a New York man following his convictions for criminal contempt and securities fraud nearly two decades ago.

Judge Edgardo Ramos dismissed the serial plaintiff’s most recent challenges and enjoined him from bringing “any new action in the Southern District of New York against the United States or any current or former New York judge, official, or employee arising out of his prior federal criminal convictions.”
