The House Ethics Committee is extending a review of allegations that Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-Ind.) illegally used more than $2,000 in campaign money for a family trip to California last year.
The committee announced last month that it was looking into allegations against Stutzman, which were referred by the Office of Congressional Ethics. The specific allegations were not revealed at that time but were contained in an OCE report, released by the committee in the Nov. 29 announcement, that its review of the matter is being extended.
