Colorado Man Indicted on 18 Counts for Defrauding Investors

A Denver man was indicted on eight counts of wire fraud, five counts of mail fraud, and five counts of money laundering in connection with an investment scheme to defraud his clients, the Justice Department announced Monday.

According to the DOJ, Ian Gregory Bell devised, intended to devise, and participated in a scheme to defraud investors and to obtain money and property by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations, and promises.
