CNBC’s Lemonis, Camping World Board Beat Insider Trading Suit

CNBC host Marcus Lemonis and the board of Camping World Holdings Inc. dodged litigation in Delaware over claims that Lemonis and a private equity firm sold tens of millions worth of stock while keeping investors in the dark about the RV dealership chain’s problems integrating a major acquisition.

Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will threw the case out late Monday, saying the pension fund leading the derivative lawsuit failed to demand an internal investigation before filing it or establish that a majority of the board faced too much personal legal exposure to evaluate such a request fairly.
